Swimming...

The big kids have been taking swim lessons at Emler this last few months. They are doing so good!!! Ben wouldn't even put his eyes in the water and is now swimming the width of the pool. And Hannah had just gotten comfortable with the water but had no swim skills. Now she wants to join swim team. :) I love that they love swimming. This summer is going to be so much better!!!

Dirt dirt dirt...

Seriously, I am amazed at all of the different things they find to get into. Today it was dirt from some pots we had ready for plants. And of course I couldn't just stop them, I had to document this for later use. ;)

They were making mud pies while listening to big brother read the latest Bakugan tales

So let me give you a little rundown of they have been into just this last week.

Monday-Dry Erase Markers on the wall/slide/mirror

Tuesday-yogurt splashed across the whole kitchen

Wednesday-crayons on every surface possible

Thursday-spilling cups of water all over the house

Friday-trying to OD on children's vitamins

Saturday- goldfish ground into the carpet

Sunday- Pouring water out of the tub onto the floor

And this is only what I can remember. Can I tell you how hard it is to was dirt out of hair. It just sticks in there.

We have found that there is no medicine bottle that is truly child proof. Beck can open every. single. one. These two really keep us on our toes at all times.

Beck is constantly hitting Ella in the head with things. And Ella throws the most spectacular tantrums you have ever seen. If you ignore her tantrum (which we normally do), she will get up and walk herself over to where you are and start the tantrum all over again. Its pretty funny.

Luckily, our life is full of laughs because if it wasn't we would have to be institutionalized.

Growing up

My baby girl is growing up so fast! She'll be 11 in about a month and a half. Its just crazy. She just got braces this week and it makes her look even more grown up. Can I lock her in a closet so she'll stop getting older? I am so lucky to have such a sweet girl!

13 weeks...

Katie is now 13 weeks! She has been such a good baby. Jenny and Andrew are so lucky to have her. As Jenny says "My baby freaking rocks!". She is just such a sweet girl. We love having her at our house during the week. We get the best of both worlds. We have the baby to love on and then get to send her home. She wasn't into smiles yesterday(maybe because she kept her mom up all night long) so here is one of her serious faces that I just love.

Busy week

This has been another busy week. Did I even remember to post some Easter pics on here? I don't think I did. Look for some later this week. :)

Its turned into a beautiful week weather wise. We were able to have the windows open so much. Only problem has been the darn pollen everywhere!!

The babies have been busy drawing on walls and launching themselves over couches. Seriously never a dull moment with 2 yr old twins. Just took paci's away tonight cold turkey. I was noticing their teeth and thought it may be affecting them. And since I am in the the process of paying off Hannah's soon to be braces, I decided to try and nip future orthodontia in the bud as much as I could.
