Hmmmm...

Seriously can't get excited to do the LAST 5 DAYS of the shred. Its only 5 days but I can't get motivated. Nancy has dropped out on me. Something about her ankle not handling the impact...whatever! j/k

So today I did a Pilate's dvd. I worked up a nice little sweat (nothing like what Jillian does to me) and am hoping that maybe if I alternate this with the shred I will get motivated again. Because really and truly I was getting AWESOME results with the shred.

Anyone want to come over some night and do it with me? I need moral support.

Other big news today- I think we just went off the pacis cold turkey with the twins. I couldn't find one for their morning nap and just decided that they were done with them. I've heard that its much easier to wean them off the paci before 18 months. They went down pretty normally for their naps and slept a normal amount of time. They did cry about 45 minutes longer than normal for bed time, but that could be due to teething as well. We'll see if they wake up tonight at all. wish us luck!!!

Good Luck! We broke my oldest at 9 months old. Just took it away and although the first few days were a little hectic after that he stopped waking in the middle of the night and slept so much better. It was great. At 3 weeks my youngest spit his out an opted for his thumb which he is still sucking at 3. Unfortunately we just cant take that away.

I am on day 20 of the Shred. (I did take 4 days off due to heavy of a schedule) I am going to be doing level 3 today for the first time so wish me luck.
The thing I have found is once you get back to exercising a day or two you wondered why you didn't want to in the first place. Sometimes it's not about actually being motivated (or I'd NEVER exercise) it's just about DOING it. If I were you I'd either jump back a level until you feel like doing it again or just tell yourself you'll just do the first circuit and maybe you'll want to keep going.

I started doing this because of you so GET YOUR BUTT WORKING OUT!:)
If I am getting killed so are you. And really it's only 20 minutes a day right. 5 more days or 1 hr's worth and you can say you accomplished the entire 30 days.

You can do it!

If I lived closer I would definitely come over and shred with you. I did day 3 of level 3 last night. I'm still alternating between shred and couch to 5 K. Plus my hubby just picked up Wii Active for me the other day and I'm going to try that out today.
