OBAMA!!!!!
Can you believe it? Can you seriously believe it? Barack Obama has been voted president of the United States of America!
I had hopes, I had dreams but I really thought it would be super close but not happen. I know , you are thinking I had little faith, but you never know.
I voted for the first time in about 8 years. And I am proud to say that I truly believe my vote made a difference, even if I live in Texas. Did you see how close the Texas race was? It was awesome!
There is going to be change happening. Let's hope he can do the things he really sets out to do. I really hope people in the government do not muck things up for him.
But seriously people, whatever he does has to be better than what has been happening. Bush and his advisors have seriously fucked things up. If you deny this, then you really need to get your mind checked.
This is all I'll post about this but I just wanted to shout from the rooftops, OBAMA ROCKS!!!!!

Princess Party Pics

Please keep in mind most of these were taken with a crappy little camera (not my normal DSLR) and that a 9 year old did most of the shooting. I think she did a pretty good job!

Running late....
Don't you hate it when you run late all day long? I got up this morning thinking I could make it in to work late and get a few things done and have an easy day. But then at 10 till 10 I get a call. Jen has checked the schedule and thankfully noticed that I scheduled a client to come in...in TEN minutes (i live 20 minutes away). I was still in my pj's and chilling on the couch. So I went into super fast mode and got dressed pulled my dirty hair back into a pony tail and sped to work. Called my client and of course only got voice mail. Left a message and luckily she got it and showed up 20 minutes after I arrived. Nothing like a little adrenaline to get your morning started.
I just hate that feeling you have after running late. Its like all day long I felt like I should be rushing. FUN!

Hmmmmm....
Now that I have the pressure to post every day I have a hard time finding something to write about!
Time Change? Did you remember to change your clocks back? I remembered but the babies did not. I tried to tell them before bed that they needed to sleep in a bit in the morning but for some reason they didn't understand. But the big kids did sleep in!
We got to go to a super fun dress up party yesterday. Princess Magarella had her 3rd birthday and had a princesses and knights party complete with dress up trunks full of costumes for all of the kids. They all LOVED IT! It was a house of pure madness when Belle showed up to read a story. B's only complaint was that a real knight didn't show up and that some of the girls dressed up like knights and the knights were only for the boys. H put on one of the knights costumes and looked like the cutest Joan of Arc ever! She also tried on a couple of princess dresses and accessorized to the max. Pics are on the other computer so see post later for update. They had so much fun! And the babies were in heaven being passed around and loved on the entie day. It was a good day. :)

Halloween!
Halloween this year was sort of low key. My biggest lesson I learned was to try the costumes on before the day of. I bought the babies costumes a week or two ago and never tried them on. So last night when I went to put them on I found out that they were too small! I ended up cutting holes in the bottoms of the costumes so that the babies legs could stick out of the bottom. Too funny. The big kids had a blast and went trick or treating with their dad. We handed some candy out and then the grandparents came over and and babysat so B and I could have a date night. Too bad I was so exhausted fom the last two weeks of sickness in our house to truly enjoy myself. This is how tired I was...I turned down dessert at Jaspers. which is my all time fave! Someone needs to check my head! But it was still nice to get out of the house kid and baby free and to have time with my honey!
