One baby home, one more to go. Beck came home today!! We are so excited and sad at the same time. Excited because our baby is home and sad because we couldn't take the other one home.Leaving Ella at the hospital was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do. It was heartbreaking leaving our sweet girl all alone.
Below is the last picture of the babies together in the nicu. And the pic above was of Beck in his bed for the first time.
We are hoping to have Ella home by the end of the week. She just needs to start eating consistently and then she will be able to come home. She has done really well breast feeding the last 2 days. So keep your fingers crossed that she will keep it all up!

I know that feeling of leaving your babies behind too well. My twins came home 6 days apart...walking out of that nicu with one and not the other...was heartwrenching
