6 months old!!!

The babies are 6 months old!!! Wow, I am still amazed at how fast it has all passed. I was going to make a half birthday cake (like literally half a cake) but then I realized two half cakes equals one whole cake! So star cupcakes happened instead.

We have gone from being on breathing and feeding tubes in the NICU to sitting, rolling, and eating in the last 6 months. I still can't believe my babies who had trouble learning how to eat wolf everything down now. They are all on track and reaching milestones. I am so grateful for everyday we have with them and can't wait to see how they change over the rest of our lives.

And can I tell you how happy I am now that we no longer have screaming babies 8 hours a day in our house?!?!?

We did not have our photo session today due to all of the rain (I think we got somewhere close to 3-4 inches just this morning!) but we will be doing it soon. I can't wait!!!

Side note: My super picky 6 year old has been trying all sorts of new food in the last few days. Favorite food of the day today SPINACH! He wants to be strong like Popeye. And luckily we have someone who knows how to cook in this house and can make things taste super yummy. Brandon make up some spinach and B ate it right up and asked for more. It is truly strange but fabulous! I did have to let him know that his muscles would not pop up right away like Popeye's though. And I had to break it to him that canned spinach doesn't taste so good, but steamed fresh spinach with olive oil salt and pepper is fabulous!
