After school care
After a few comments from friends and bloggers, I am seriously thinking of doing after school care and summer care instead of all day care of toddlers. That would solve a lot of issues I was facing. I still wanted to the freedom during the day to do things. And our house usually has a few kids over after school anyway. I love working with older kids as well. So I think I will put my feelers out there to see what people want. (And Tracey I would always have room for your gang!)

Darn - I wish you were in Rockwall!!!
I wish you luck. I had a friend that did the same thing but this too poses challenges. After school appts for your kids like dentist etc will interfere with having other kids in your house.Any sports will also interfere. Sickness of your own family will always pose a challenge. Most of all....your own freedom will be curtailed.Just something to think about.
You can post on the bulletin board in the local grocery store.
I will keep an ear out for anyone looking. I know there are a lot of working Moms at my office. Good Luck and Congrats!!!
