We were at my friend Summer's house yesterday and got the opportunity to play a little with the white backdrop she had set up. She needed some pics of her and her girls (which she never gets because she's always behind the camera) and I never turn down an opportunity for more pics of the kids! :) So here are some of my faves from the session.
and this right here will be my blackmail picture to post as his wedding...
Juanita- She uses a white backdrop that you can usually find in a photography store or online. She also uses external lighting that is synced with her camera. You can very easily use a sheet as well. But you may have to work on photo shopping out the wrinkles if you haven't lit it properly. But with white it isn't too hard. You could always set up a backdrop next to a window to get some really pretty natural light as well. :)
Hi Juanita-- Summer here (the photographer). :) I used a white vinyl backdrop from Denny Manufacturing. 2 lights (one as the main light and one shining on the backdrop). White will photograph as gray if not lit correctly, so you have to expose it 1 1/2 to 2 stops over your main light.....make sense?

Love that last one, he's so going to hate you for it when he gets older!
You did an awesome job. What kind of white backdrop do you both use? Is it just a sheet? or is it something you can only get from a photography store?
Love them so much. I can't believe how big they are getting! Where are those tiny little babies I held in NICU??

I can't believe how much he looks like his dad. Those are some of your best twin shots, yet. At least they are both looking at the camera.
