When the girls first got here I asked if they needed help icing their cupcakes and they looked at me like I had snakes growing out of my head. They were like, " We're old enough to do it ourselves" so I stepped back and watched them go to town. I really do forget how old they are and how mature they are getting. They are almost done with 3rd grade!!!
And I'm also sending out a super HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Tracey's little one, Lucy, who had her party today as well!!! :)

What an awesome party! It looks so cool - I admire your Betty Crocker prowess with those cupcakes. Me? I ordered a cake from a bakery and rented space at Ready Set Play.
Which may or may not have a direct correlation to my daughter's utter and total dismay with the celebration.
sigh.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY H!!!!
Holy Updates, Batman! That's a lot of updates in one day. Love it!
Maggie had a great time today. Maggie is still talking about her cupcakes from today. She loved the sugar!
I got a little choked up watching H with her friends this morning. I couldn't get the image of her in her green dress holding her Purple Baby from her first birthday. How is it that she is now nine? And what an incredible young lady she is turning out to be. Love her so much.
Love you too!!
Oh my goodness, those cupcakes are sublime! Happy 9th Birthday, sweet H!
You are super creative for throwing that kind of party. I never would have thought of it! I also don't think I would be as brave! My daughter is 4 and I know that 9 will come sooner than I think! I will have to keep that idea in mind. It looks like everyone had fun! Way to go!
What a fun birthday party!! I can't imagine how much stuff to you had to clean but you are definitely a super cool Mommy for having such a wonderful birthday celebration!!
What a great party!! The pictures are great and you did awesome with your decorating (the girls did too)!! I'll have to keep that party idea in mind for when McKenna gets older. Happy Birthday to H!!
