My laptop got infected by a worm. And now the most wonderful Andrew is going to have to wipe it clean and rebuild it for me. Sometimes I really hate technology. So if you don't see me online for a few days you will know why.
We are still going strong on level three. We did slack off a little and took about 2 days off. And now we are thinking it may be better to do level 3 every other day and do cardio in between. We are so close we can taste the end. Now just to work up the will power to make it through! :)

It might be the only kind of apple that doesn't actually get a worm. ;)
