So level 3 is seriously the hardest level by far. But what's really crazy is that I am enjoying it the most, even though I am cursing Jillian by the end of it.
What are you guys going to try after you finish the shred? I figure that we really gotten our bodies into a good routine so we may as well keep it up right? So what have you heard about or what do you want to try. I was thinking that I may focus yoga for the next month, and add some major cardio in. What are your plans?

hey deb- are you noticing any inches lost? I started ww again this past week- lost 4.4!! also started walking a few times per week and am going to start the shred soon. summer
Summer- That totally ROCKS!!! I am down at least a size and a half right now (thanks to the shred). I've finally seen weight loss in the last week as well. I'm down by 2lbs. I'm thinking the swimming helped contribute to that though. But everything is so much more tone now. And for that I give all the credit to the shred!
I'm getting the Cardio Max and Power Scult DVD's for Mother's Day so I'll add those in and continue running.
The Biggest Loser Power Sculpt and Cardio Max are really good. They're just as hard core as the shred, but you end up exercising for like 60 mins by the end b/c you add the levels...level 1, then level 1+2, etc. Now, my hubby has this grand idea that we are going to do ALL 3 levels of the shred in one workout. He's taken fitness/nutrition classes, so I told him I'd go with it and see if I can keep up. We're hoping to start this weekend. Hopefully that will make the weight come off faster...LOL! :)
I found your site through Jenny's blog (an Allie follower) and started the Shred this morning...I am barely moving my arms to type this. I am happy to read that you are seeing results! I had our 3rd baby 8 months ago and have signed up for my first ever triathlon this July. My family thinks I have lost my mind...I must be doing something right :).
Shred - Level 1 - Day 1
%^%$#&*^%$ Holy Cow!!!
I had to crawl up the steps from the basement when I was done. Legs felt like jelly. :-O
Okay so I started, well say restarted the Shred last week. I have been battling kidney stones for a month so due to pain working out has been not consistent. Soooo anywho I am back on and its honestly better each day. How long did you stay on workout one???
