Just started level 3 and can I say it is hard core? Well it is!!! But in a really good way. Explosive movements sort of SUCK! Or is it Plyometrics? I better be seriously ripped by the end of it!
Just spent about 10 hours in the pool this weekend in training to become a swim instructor. This was just a training try out and then we had to take a test to see if we passed to make it to the 40 hours of training to become full fledged instructors. Luckily after a full weekend of pool and classroom training and a 73 question test, I passed and have now officially become swim instructor in training. YAY!!! This is with one of the top 3 swim school in the US. I am really excited about it and can't wait to teach my kids what I learn as well.
More to come later. Killer sinus headache- can't think straight. How are you guys doing?

Sorry about your headache...well I'm in level 2 now, I think my arms are still attached! Youch! I think I've lost about 5 lbs (old crappy scale, I may have gained 5 lbs, who knows). Keep up the great work!!
Way to go, woman! You've inspired me - heading downstairs to do yoga. (No shredding for me. I need to work up to it!)
Yep, sorry to hear you are sick, yuck! Swim instructor hu, pretty cool. I started level 2, I thought it was eaiser? NOT! Its kick'in my ass bought now, but in a good way, loves it! Hugs from Fort Worth. hang in there on level 3, the scale is'nt moving much, but I sure can tell in my clothes!!
Hope your headache goes away soon. Level 3...you rock! I've done 2 days of Level 2 so far and it's not as horrible as I thought it would be.
Fabulous Debbie! Sorry about the headache, I hope you feel better soon! As for shredding, I killed my streak of doing it everyday. I've done 15 days, and have had to take 3 days off. My left knee has been throbbing. I've been on Level 2 and I know it's harder on the knees. I tried to power through (probably should have rested) and hurt it worse. I'm going to hit it up again tonight. I'm thinking I'll have to switch from 1 to 2 if I do it daily to give my knee a little bit of a break. Did your knees hurt with Level 2? It's odd that it's only my left one. My left elbow has been sore as well, probably from all the plank position. How's level 3 on the knees? ~Stacy
You've inspired me! I went out and bought it yesterday and just finished day two. I seriously need this. Thanks for the jump start! I am looking forward to meeting my abs again after 10 years and three kids!
Hope that headache eases!
congrats. hope you are feeling better by now.
I am on Day 4 of Level 1. I left the DVD on my desk for 7 days - does that count for anything?
I found the first two days to be so hard - my legs felt like logs. I thought I had circulation problems. Now Level 1 is sort of easy, not easy easy, but more manageable. I am going to try Level 2 at day 10. I can't believe I am doing this - AND - that you don't even know me - but have inspired me to do this!!!
Thank you!!!
Inspired by you and all the comments I've read I bought the DVD. I am on day three and I think I'm doing it wrong because I am not really that sore. My legs are a little, but I only notice it when I'm taking the stairs. Hmm. Maybe I need to try harder.
