Okay so after day one we were a bit sore. After day 2 we were really feeling it. So then on day 3 we were trying to avoid it.
But we sucked it up and did some yoga beforehand to stretch out really well. And amazingly enough everything was already a little easier. We didn't get tired until the second set of each exercise this time.
It was pretty amazing. And at the end today we weren't so tried that we couldn't move. It was nice. We are already noticing our tummies are getting a bit flatter and our legs are toning up.
It is definitely hard work and you sweat a gallon but for 20 minutes I can do just about anything. How are you doing with it? Have you gotten the dvd yet? Why not just give it a try, who knows you may actually be ready for swim suit season ahead of time this year. :) We sure will be!

I felt like you were asking ME personally if I had gotten the DVD yet, too cute! I emailed my friend yesterday and told her this was our new thing. I'm really inspired Debbie! I might really have to do this!
Got it and it's sitting in my front hallway. I am leaving for Chicago for a mini break with my family and want to actually be able to walk without pain, so I won't start it until next THursday.
What weights are you using with it?
Jacki- Laughing at you! You're so cute. You totally need to do it. Just make it through day 3 and it all gets better. And I am seriously seeing a change already.
Peggy- I am so happy you got it! and I totally understand waiting. Not fun to be on vacation in pain. :) I'm using 3 lb weights but Nancy is using 5 lb. I will probably upgrade to 5 lb soon. Keep me updated!
I LOVE the "Shred". I just finished day 12 (I have done all 12 days in a row...a record for me!) and there has been a MASSIVE body change. I have been doing Weight Watchers for 6 months and no one outside of my family has noticed. Since I started the "Shred" two people have asked me if I lost weight. LOVE.IT!
Going to walmart this afternoon to dig thru their dvds to see if they got it. It only took seeing this dvd on about 5 blogs for me to get off my butt ;)
I see online that they are less than $9 at walmart for the dvd. Not too bad!

Yay! I just finished Day 3 this morning! I did it right after spinning so I could shower and be done for the day. I feel it most in my quads. It feels good though! Did you take before pictures and measurements? I did both, not that I will necessarily share them after... LOL, but for my own record ;-)
I was wondering if Jillian was paying you too! I watch Biggest Loser every week - sitting on my butt. It's about time I got up and did something! It's good to hear that you can already see results! That's amazing! Does it recommend you use weights, or are you just doing that to add to it? I'm going to go order it now... Thanks for the update! -Kelly
Ok, agreeing with "Anonymous" here......I'm heading to Walmart today to see if they have it. If they do, I plan on picking it up. I'm SOOOO out of shape, and from the reviews I've heard of this between friends and on Walmart.com, it's definitely worth using this DVD. I read your hubby's blog too; guess I'll be waiting til I'm at least 20 pounds lighter to try his Berry Brulee (spelling?), LOL. Do you need a "step" to use along with the DVD or just the weights?
